Christmas in Roberta Every First Saturday in December

Roberta Christmas Celebration is always well attended and we have a truly great time in our community! This years event is scheduled for the first Saturday in December-December 1, 2018.
Again craft and varied vendors will be invited and encouraged to come offering beautiful one of a kind gifts beginning at noon until 4:30 pm. At 4:30 our traditional Christmas Parade of floats, businesses, and organizations will begin staged and ready to roll providing excitement at 4:30 pm–Line up at 3:30pm . Be assured after the parade you and your children will have fun building a snowman…Southern Style. Ribbons and small donated prizes for three places will be awarded by judges outside the chamber.
“Christmas comes but once a year, support your local chamber and bring good cheer! Then put jingle in your pocket by taking a chance at the Fifty/Fifty Raffle Drawing. Winner will be drawn on Dec. 2, during our festivities. Tickets may be purchased by anyone at Chamber Office or contacting our board members for a $5 ticket and 6 for $25…hmmm it could be maybe jingle in your pocket to spend at Christmas. Look for chamber helper and buy a ticket!
At 12 noon until 2:30 have Lunch with Mr. and Mrs Santa Clause supporting our Crawford County Volunteer Fire Department and whispers of what Santa might like to know what children of all ages would like to see under the tree. All funds and donation collected for lunch, will go to CCVF for needed equipment. CCVF Chief Randy Pate will be in charge or this fun event in front of the Chamber office for the kids.
A very loving Nativity extravaganza, will be presented by one of our most wonderful churches, volunteering their time to enjoy this Reason for the Season.

Following the Nativity, our lighting of the Great Tree and last visit with Santa… it is home for all and a wish from the Roberta Chamber of Commerce for a wonderful Christmas and a hope for a wonderful 2019 for all our families, schools, businesses, agriculture businesses and industries and moving forward in a bright future for all Crawford County. Make your wish come true by shaking the first hand you see today, and everyday making this jester a habit to say “have a great day” with a smile to all. Bring peace to the world.
